Upcoming Korean Gala
Coming March 15 through 24 Master Van Zile and 2 other students will be going to Korea to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of Taekwon-do.  Classes will continue at the school.

Tul World National Tournament
   August 1st 2026, Grand Master Jue will be hosting the National Tournament in Los Vegas, Nevada.  All Students from our school are invited to participate.  Please let Master Van Zile know if you would like to go.  Airline ticket prices will increase the closer to time.

Great Lakes Global TaeKwon-Do Receives 2024 Best of Sylvania Award

Sylvania Award Program Honors the Achievement

SYLVANIA August 18, 2024 -- Great Lakes Global TaeKwon-Do has been selected for the 2024 Best of Sylvania Award in the Martial Arts School category by the Sylvania Award Program.

Each year, the Sylvania Award Program identifies companies that we believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and our community. These exceptional companies help make the Sylvania area a great place to live, work and play.

Various sources of information were gathered and analyzed to choose the winners in each category. The 2024 Sylvania Award Program focuses on quality, not quantity. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the Sylvania Award Program and data provided by third parties.
