Tri-State Black Belt Training for US-ITF Students

Our next training will be Saturday November 14th in our Dojang. Training will begin at 12:00, the estimated end time 3:30.  We may go longer if black belts want to continue to train.  If you are coming from further than 2-3 hours away please let me know.  We will arrange a room for you to stay over.  If anyone is coming from further away we will plan a Sunday morning work out and possible Friday training.  We will let everyone know if we are adding additional training times.
